OutingsTogether.co.uk is a new entertainment information resource offered by Outings Together Ltd which in itself was constructed as a collaborative venture between parents, web hosting professionals (e-volition.co.uk) and computer software professionals (MiC Systems Ltd). Parents had been frustrated at the lack of readily available on-line information on what there was to do in the area - particularly at weekends and in the holiday period - and with bored kids to entertain that was no fun!
 
  e-Volition is a UK based company dedicated to providing small and medium sized businesses with very affordable, yet highly effective, Internet services. The company has developed its own unique software which allows both new and existing websites to easily incorporate live database integration.
 
MiC Systems is also based in the UK. It was founded in 1994 to provide a number of innovative, contact-centric systems and software. Its Client/Server based solutions are in use by a number of organisations ranging from small, "home users" to large corporates - one of which is in the FT Top 100 Index. Today MiC Systems prides itself on the fact that it has taken these innovative software solutions to the Internet to provide greater benefits to a larger audience.
